We are offering a discounted rate on our 24×7 support package this Christmas for anyone who is concerned that they might not be fully covered.
Maybe your IT Manager is on annual leave or you don’t currently receive 24×7 Support.
A simple payment of £50 will cover you for the first hour of IT Support this Christmas.
You will receive the same level of support as any other client of ours and the below Christmas SLAs.
- 15 Minute response to any critical issue
- 1 Hour response to any user related issues
- Onsite within the hour for critical server issues that cannot be remotely resolved
- Onsite next day for User issues that cannot be resolved remotely
- 24×7 Support
